Care & Maintenance

To ensure longevity and safety, a regular maintenance program is recommended:

  • Inspect every 6 months for cracks, splinters, or rough edges

  • Lightly sand any areas as needed to maintain a smooth, safe surface

  • Clean thoroughly and allow to dry before applying natural timber oil using a cloth or sponge

  • Regular maintenance helps minimise natural timber wear, including cracking and splintering

Important:
If used for food-related activities, surfaces should be cleaned thoroughly after each use. Natural timber can absorb food particles, which may lead to mould or discolouration if not properly maintained.
