Please note: Large or heavy items or products for delivery to remote areas may incur additional freight charges. You will be notified prior to processing if this is the case.
Payment Policy
All prices are in Australian dollars, and the EDU-21 Pty Ltd website will currently only accept payment in Australian dollars.
The Merchant name EDU-21 Pty Ltd will appear on your credit card statement.
The invoiced amount is due and payable before goods are dispatched.
Returns Policy
Cross check all products against your original order and our packing list before opening, marking or using them.
Any Products which are damaged or defective, delivered after their “use by” or “best before” date, or which are not otherwise in accordance with the Customer’s order, may be returned to EDU-21 within 7 days of delivery, at no cost to the Customer provided a return authorisation number has been obtained from EDU-21.
In the event that a return authorisation number has been issued any returned Products will only be accepted provided that:
The customer returns the Products with a copy of the original invoice or packing slip within 7 days of delivery.
The Products are in their original packaging, unopened, of a current make and model and otherwise as new and in a saleable condition;
All returns are on the basis that risk in the Products remains with the Customer until the Products are received by EDU-21, and that a restocking or return fee may be charged if the goods are returned without authorisation.

Your credit card details go directly to our payment gateway and are not recorded by EDU-21 Pty Ltd. This minimises the disclosure of your information and provides a layer of confidentiality to the transaction.

Delivery Policy
Outgoing freight is dispatched via Australia Post or Courier and a signature will be required on delivery. Freight is calculated based on the weight and bulk of the item(s) being shipped.
Goods on Back Order are automatically recorded and shipped when available.
