Activity Board - Magnetic Attraction

A resource designed for children's first experience with magnetism. The magnet bar and horseshoe magnet are detachable, allowing children to hold the magnet and place it on the material windows to test how different materials react differently. Children can also place magnets on the sliding magnet to experience the how magnetic force can lift and move objects, also showing how magnetic power can overcome the weight of an object. When placing the magnets close to the liquid tube filled with metal powder, children will be amazed by how the powder reacts to magnetic fields. Made from birch ply. Measures 46cmH x 46cmW. Ages 3yrs+.
