Mob and Ceremony Story Stones 13pcs

Designed by a local Nyungar artist this beautiful set of story stones depict Aboriginal symbols relating to Mob and Ceremony. They are hand carved and engraved with indigenous symbols. The set comes with an additional hand painted stone.

To assist you to understand each symbol a fact sheet is included explaining the symbols represented in the set. The stones and fact sheet come with their own hand woven dilly bag for storage.

These story stones are a multi use resource and will promote a greater understanding of Aboriginal culture and heritage. They could be used to enhance literacy through storytelling and could be used as a visual prop when reading books about Aboriginal culture and heritage. They are ideal to support and promote conversations about Aboriginal Meeting Places and Ceremonies.
