Large Coolamon Painted 40cm

The Coolamon is a multi-purpose shallow vessel or dish with curved sides ranging in length from 20–70 cm, and similar in shape to a canoe. They were traditionally used by Aboriginal men to carry water, fruits, nuts, as well as to cradle babies. This hand painted Coolamon is approx 40cm long, 20cm wide and around 4cm deep. Designs will vary.
