This double sided mat is great for beginner gymnasts to learn and practice basic gymnastics skills. It has a softfall certification AS/NZS4422:2016.
The Cartwheel and Beam Mat has markings on both sides to assist with hand and foot placement, positioning and technique to improve on cartwheels, handstands and balance beams. Can be used as a beginner gymnastics mat and a normal gym mat.
